What happens if I eventually need a different size apartment?
You can transfer to another size apartment, or another Berger community, and restart your lease at any point in your residency without paying a transfer fee.
Do you offer moving truck discounts?

What happens if I have an urgent service request outside of office hours?
Chestnut Run Village offers 24/7 phone support and 24-hour emergency maintenance. You will always have someone available to take your call for service requests to your apartment.
